Paying a visit to Baumann Cosmetic & Research Institute? Here’s how to get from your door to ours.

From I-95 Southbound:
DO NOT TAKE THE I-95 SOUTHBOUND HOV LANE!
Exit I-195 East

From I-95 Northbound:
Exit I-195 East

From Miami Beach:
Take I-195 West

From 836 Eastbound:
Exit I-95 North
Exit I-195 East

Following I-195:
Exit Biscayne Boulevard (Exit 2B off of I-195). Turn right (North) on to Biscayne Boulevard (US1). Our building "The Atrium" is on the left (West) side of Biscayne Boulevard.

Patient Parking:
There are 10 marked parking spots for patients to use on the North and South sides of the building. Or park in any open spot around the building. There is also overflow parking behind the building across the street.

Our office is on the ground floor. Clinical patients, please proceed to the Main Entrance at Suite 101. Research patients, please enter via our Research Entrance at Suite 105.
