How do I schedule an online consult?

Do I need to do anything before my SKYPE consultations?

Before scheduling your online consult you will need to have set up a SKYPE account, and have access to a webcam. Upon scheduling, contact information will be given to you along with the time you will need to connect to our office.  Also, you must have completed the online questionnaire, at SkinTypeSolutions.com and have your 4 letter Baumann Skin Type.

What should I expect during the consultation?

The online consult will be one hour long.  During that time Dr. Baumann will go over your personalized skincare regimen created specifically for you based on your Baumann Skin Type.  During that time she will also answer any questions you may have about cosmetic procedures.

Can I bring a friend with me during the consultation?

A lot of patients choose to have a companion with them for support during the consultation however, the consultation fee only covers one personal consultation.  If the person you choose to bring has questons they will need to schedule a separate appointment.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours notice.  If proper notice is not given half of the consultation fee will be charged.
