- Conducting thorough phone screens and in-person interviews
- Discussing medical history to determine participant eligibility
- Assist with developing recruitment plans for each clinical trial
- Complete daily reminder calls
- Act as the first face of the research department to the subjects
- Maintain and update recruitment data bases
- Assisting Clinical Research Coordinators with other clinical trial duties, such as data entry
- Other related duties as assigned
- Ensure quality and ethical standards by maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures, ICH/GCP guidelines, Code of Federal Regulations, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- One year of work related experience in Clinical Research, a MUST – no exceptions
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and collaboratively with a research team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Knowledge of computer programs, databases, EDC etc. (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Careful attention to detail / multitask – a MUST
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks
- Phlebotomy Certified (Preferred)
- Clinical Research: 1 year
- Healthcare & Medical Terminology: 1 year
