Ali Dispazio is an Aesthetician and patient advocate at Bauman Cosmetic Dermatology. Ali has an extensive knowledge base of skincare with an excess of 15 years of experience as a provider. Ali graduated from the Aveda Skin Care Institute in San Francisco California along with having a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and tourism management from the University of New Haven. Originally from Connecticut, Ali loves cooking, yoga, traveling and spending time with her dog Maddy.

Diane Makish, originally from South Africa, is a clinical aesthetician and accomplished make-up artist at the Baumann Cosmetic & Research Institute. Her work over the last 18 years has included make-up in commercial, editorial, print, shows, stock photography and bridal.

In 2000, Makish received her license in aesthetics and began to mentor with one of the leading pioneers and physicians in the art of permanent makeup. Since then, she has worked exclusively on refining the revolutionary process of permanent cosmetic enhancement. Extensive involvement in such procedures over the last decade has given Diane the experience needed to produce results for people from all over the world. In October 2009, it was Diane’s great honor to become the first resident permanent makeup artist at Baumann Cosmetic Dermatology.
