Paul R Painter is the Chief Operating Officer of Baumann Cosmetic Dermatology. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Miami, College of Engineering. With over a decade of corporate management experience, he is adept at bridging performance gaps and developing process improvement initiatives to accomplish business interests. Paul spent most of his career as a management professional for UPS. His roles included guiding teams of engineers to become experts at operational efficiency. Paul also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Skin Type Solutions Franchise System, a company focused on promoting the research and knowledge of Dr. Baumann’s patent-pending skin-typing system.

Elizabeth Fernandez is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Leslie Baumann at Baumann Cosmetic Dermatology. She has been responsible for coordinating her schedule and professional obligations since 2013. When not assisting Dr. Baumann, Elizabeth supports the clinical staff with scheduling appointments, collecting payments and assisting with the flow of clinic. Elizabeth has over 16 years of medical office experience and has worked in various medical settings. She attended The University of Miami and is working towards her bachelor’s degree. Originally from Miami, her love and passion for beauty has led her to pursue a career at Baumann Cosmetic Dermatology.

Roxana Gonzalez is the Practice Manager for BCRI.  Roxana has a BSBA from the University of West Florida with a focus in Comprehensive Marketing.  Her experience in the administrative field comes from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City where she managed the clinical, research, and academic practices for Dr. Jose Guillem in the Department of Colorectal Surgery.  Roxana assisted in piloting the study for Familial Adenoma Polyposis along with other studies conducted during her tenure at Sloan Kettering.  Roxana is also a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with clinical and patient care experience which has provided her with the patient’s perspective in her current role.  Roxana is an avid snowboarding and yoga enthusiast and enjoys daily weight training exercise! She is originally from Puerto Rico and lives with her husband and their French bulldog!

Gene Higgins is the Controller of Baumann Cosmetic Dermatology. He earned his M.B.A from Babson College with a major in Accounting as well as a B.A. from Tufts University majoring in Economics. He also is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida.

Gene has an extensive background in both finance and operations in CFO/Controllership roles at the following companies: Consumer Testing Laboratories Inc, Bonita Community Health Center Inc., Reebok, Inc. and Adidas, Inc.

Gene also serves as Controller of Skin Type Solutions Franchise System, a company focused on promoting the research and knowledge of Dr. Baumann’s patent-pending skin-typing system.
